The
Sussex Brewery
All our sausages are made to the very highest standard containing
only the leanest cuts of meat and freshly blended seasoning. Years
of research have gone in to developing these recipes and some
of the regional varieties are centuries old. We treat our sausages
with respect, cooking them slowly and gently, only using natural
skins.
Sausages
include pork, lamb, beef and poultry varieties as well as our
speciality sausages such as Greenwich Smokey, Venison, Wild Boar,
Hot Mexican and Rich Ostrich.
